When will I receive my order?

• You will receive the goods in the promised delivery time. There is the estimated delivery time and shipping information shown on the logistics page (by clicking ‘Track Order’ button on the order list page).Note: the estimated delivery time will be updated based on the newest logistics information.

The product I received does not match the description. What can I do ?

Please check the goods clearly after you received it.

1. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may try to contact with us to agree on a solution.

We suggest providing a photo or video of the item clearly showing the problems so that we can confirm the issue and offer the best solution for you.

And, please check the messages between you and seller on the page Message Center – Chats.

2. If that doesn’t help, you can apply for a return/refund request within the return/refund time window.

3. If the order with Free Return service, you could send back the products within 90 days after order placed, or 15days or 7days after order received (depending on origin of the products)

How to check my refund?

• The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if you used credit card to pay, the refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made. Generally, the refund will be received in 2-10 business days.
